Neer Nirmal Pariyojana – Online Reporting & Monitoring System, Assam
NNP-ORMS, Assam is a digital initiative to capture all relevant information, data and reports related to the various activities under the project. It is a single window web-portal that assists in tracking the progress and status of NNP, Assam including Capacity Building, Infrastructure Development, Financial Management & Project Management.

| Monthly Progress Reporting System (MPRS) | The system will capture the monthly physical and financial progress under NNP Assam where each District /DPMU will enter their progress against each defined activity (Component wise) in a given standard format. |
| Project Management System (PMS) | PMS will capture the progress under Infrastructure development and also acts as an interface between “OPERATORS” – “DPMU “- “TPQAC” – “SPMU”. |
| Capacity Building Management Information System (CBMIS) | CBMIS will capture all the important indicators /information related to various Capacity Building activities (e.g. Training, awareness camp etc) conducted at various levels. |
| Financial Monitoring System (FMS) | FMS is to keep a track of inflow and outflow of fund at SPMU and DPMU levels. For having accurate and upto date information of the financial position of any expenditure unit (SPMU /DPMUs) at given point of time. |
| Tour Reporting System (TRS) | The system is to record and monitor the outcome of field visits /exposure visit/tours etc. |
| File Tracking System (FTS), SPMU | FTS is to track the Office File Movement and to locate the file position & status. |
